Ray (Ramon) came out and did a regular maintenance check on my AC system. He showed up on time, was professional, explained everything he was going to do and completed the work as described. Overall excellent service by him and by Southwest HVAC. I hired Southwest HVAC 2 years ago when my AC condenser unit failed; out of a few quotes I got, they provided the best options, pricing, and customer service to replace condenser and AC unit. The professionalism and work ethic of the workers along with the responsiveness and friendly customer service the company provided overall made it a no brainer to go back and hire them again for regular maintenance on my HVAC system. I’ll continue using them for future work. Since they did the initial work 2 years ago, my system had been working with no issues.
