Moe Shanableh came on a Friday night at short notice to examine our central heater that had stopped operating during the day. He quickly identified the problem, had the parts on hand to fix it, and just as quickly had it repaired. He was careful to observe the heater's operation and did not leave until he was satisfied with the repair. Moe has visited our house for furnace inspections and some repair on previous occasions: he is always polite, maintains a very clean work area, and explains technical problems and his repairs in a very clear manner (ditto answering questions). Very competent and pleasant technician.

Matt showed up early, worked fast and hard, explained clearly the problem and the fix, repaired the problem I had called about and another problem I hadn't noticed yet, and remembered that I had a discount coming that I'd forgotten about. I wish I could hire him to fix everything around the house, not just plumbing. He's great.
