I got a call from my tenant that the hot water was not working at my rental property. It has been a very busy week leading up to the 4th and I did not have time to get over there myself and figure out what was wrong. Steve diagnosed a bad breaker, saving me time I did not have for a trip over there (worth the diagnostic fee). Price was high ($250) for how easy it is to swap out a breaker, so I'll just handle that on my own. This way I can come over with the part and be in and out in a few minutes.
