Nick identified the cause of the unit not working very quickly and implemented a fix for us. Due to the age of the unit, 20 years, he gave us what I believed an accurate roadmap for what could happen and what we should do to be proactive. He took the time to offer multiple solutions and explained how they would alter our homes temperature. I trust Nicks judgement and hope to work with him again in the future.
