Justin was so great! I really needed someone to help me diagnose the issue with my refrigerator right away. I called around to many other services and Justin was available to come over within a couple of hours. I consider myself a novice in appliance repairs and enjoy doing my own. He allowed me to watch him work and ask lots of questions. We found the issue with my freezer fan and I felt confident I could take it from there. I won't hesitate to reach out if I have any further issue with this repair or future repairs. He was very kind and helpful through the whole processes. I would feel confident calling on him again. The service call fee was competitive. I don't mind paying it for the use of his wisdom. I would feel comfortable letting him take on jobs I feel are too big for my abilities.
