Sears warranty services referred me to Total Home Services for my annual furnace check- up and tune. Kendall and Johnny arrived w/i 24 hours of my call to your office to schedule. Kendall went through what appeared to be a more thorough inspection of our heating system, more so than what I remember of your inspection last year at this time. He also answered all of my questions as he went along, a credit to his patience. he advised me of an aging igniter, which I will deal with, and all of your Care Club Benefits, which I will discuss with my wife, Sheridan.
