Tech explained the problem to me, showed me photos of the problem part, and provided my options for repair. Very detailed explanation of the issue and resolution! Definitely learned a few new things about how my AC and connected components function.

1- my call Very professional, informative, seems to care about the customer, very respectful to customer, goes strictly by COVID guidelines. They also followed through with Everything they stated. On a scale 1-10 I rank him a 10 2- text I received a text that the technician was on the way. It was not an all day wait! They were here in less than 20 minutes. 3- technician Was very respectful, professional, absolutely followed all COVID guidelines. He checked everything out. Work like he was paid by the job not the hour. Gave very informative information to any questions I had. Did not at all try to sell me the world. He was very honest about how and what needed to be done. Once I okayed it; he fixed what was wrong. (Again NO extras or B.S !!!) I felt safe , respected , and not scammed. On a scale 1-10 His performance as a professional technician I rank him a 10 also! 4- The work Professional, did not stretch out the time or job , at this point and time ; what was done was Excellent! 5- my opinion I would recommend this company and the technician that came here to anyone or company.
