Our heat pump kept tripping the breaker. West Isle called out a tech the same day I called even though it wasn’t an emergency. Nathan quickly discovered that the problem was at our electrical panel and fixed the problem with no parts needed! Charged a very fair price for the service. I am very satisfied. When it comes time to replace our old heat pump I’ll be calling West Isle.
