I think your technical staff is very congenial and forthcoming with information when I asked. I am extremely happy for the heat pump as I had oil heat and wood. I could hardly breath with my COPD, and was continually using puffers. Since the heat pump has been installed within a week I am not using my puffers and have a renewed energy and for that I will be forever grateful… thank you very much Westisle!!!!!
