Nate shared an on time status update. Was mindful enough to inquire about street shoes before entering (which I TRULY appreciated). Explained what the issue was with the unit, pointed out the parts which created the issue and explain next steps. Once he was done, he cleaned up the area he was working. Exceptional care was provided during the service!!’
