Landon was great, showed up in the time frame given. Knew almost immediately what the issues was with my Samsung flex washer. I’m very pleased he was able to fix the unit. However since the part was defective he immediately ordered a new part and gave us a ETA on his return. Most people will leave and not return. Very glad this young man came today. We have a very strict no shoes in the home. Landon respected my home like it was his own
