This company's scheduling process is actively hostile to the customer. The scheduling text goes out about 6:07 pm the day before the appointment. The office closes at 6 pm. If your time window does not work for you, you have zero recourse, even to move it to a different day, and the timing tells me this is deliberate. Andrew the technician was quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. He got along great with my dog. He was able to quickly and accurately find the issue with my washer and repair it in a timely manner. He did have to take a call from his management, during which he failed to correctly replace the drain hose, and caused water to spill into the laundry closet, but he caught the issue during the appointment and finished the reassembly. The appliance is now working fine.
