Frankie was professional & efficient. He explained what was wrong with the washing machine. The shocks are worn but it is up to Lowes protection service to approve repairs. There was a bit of confusion when I was telling him what loads of clothing/bed linens/ towels were causing the machine to go out of balance. He thought I told him I wash towels & rugs together but what I said was I wash bath towels, hand towels and a bath mat which is basically a towel for the floor.

Shane is a knowledgeable and kind technician. He takes the time to walk me through the issues, and give me the whys of the problems. I appreciate that he goes above and beyond to explain them to me, and doesn't treat me as less because I'm female. He is the reason I came back to Unique Repair for a second time. I would 100% use unique repair again as well as refer the company & Shane to friends & family.
