Frankie was professional & efficient. He explained what was wrong with the washing machine. The shocks are worn but it is up to Lowes protection service to approve repairs. There was a bit of confusion when I was telling him what loads of clothing/bed linens/ towels were causing the machine to go out of balance. He thought I told him I wash towels & rugs together but what I said was I wash bath towels, hand towels and a bath mat which is basically a towel for the floor.
