Created a new Microsoft 365 tenant for the customer. Logged into the tenant, updated the admin password, and added TOTP 2FA. Documented all in our internal secure credential manager.
It has been determined that the Microsoft 365 tenant no longer exists, therefore credential gathering is unnecessary. Instead, a new tenant will be created.
