Legacy accounts that were unnecessary but attached to the entire system have been removed. After re-entering credentials for the new primary user's Microsoft 365 account, activation and service on email/Teams have been successfully restored.

Implemented Defender for Business protection - both Standard and Strict preset security policies with Safe Links/Attachments, machine learning scanning, junk filtering, etc - for the tenant on Exchange Online services. This should increase security.

Updated the DNS records for the organization to ensure best practices were being used for Microsoft 365. Enabled Intune, DKIM, and DMARC (the latter two for drastically increased email impersonation protection) during this process.
