She had good communication skills and advised me of everything she was going to do before she did it, and getting my agreement before starting her procedures. pt present at office for filling central incisive lower area , facial incisor and lingual surface. Dr Greer proceded to numb area with Anesthesia and after that removed decay etched and bonded and filled with composite . checked bite adjusted and polished restoration.
The patient was in the office today for a crown delivery The temporary crown was removed The permanent crown was tried in and an x-ray was taken to ensure the fit The crown was cemented with permanent cement

Patient presented for localized deep cleaning. Was anesthetized properly, patient had a hard time with receiving injections on lower left. Tolerated procedure fine. Will come back for implant crown delivery, regular cleaning and comprehensive exam.
Patient was seen today for a new patient exam and x rays. Patient is super healthy was able to have the cleaning done today as well.
Patient presented for new hygiene foundation appointment. Took xrays, periodontal charting, and intra oral pictures. Recommended starting with localized SRP/deep cleaning in two areas. Will come back for regular cleaning and comprehensive exam later. Had implant placed one month ago, ready for crown in a couple of months.

The patient came in for 2 crowns on 19 & 20, posterior resin composite on 21 with and indirect pulp cap, and also a night guard. She had her 2 crowns, fillings, and impressions for her night guard all done in the same day. She left very pleased with the amount of hard work that went into her appointment and was appreciative of her new smile!
