The patient came in for a crown. We removed decay on tooth and used composite to build tooth back up. We scanned the crown prep on the Cerec and milled it using emax material. We placed crown on with bruxzir permanent cement. We checked bite with blue paper and bite was great.

The patient presents a dental implant. Measured and prepped bone for correct size dental implant. The procedure was easy and the patient had no complications. The patient will return to have the dental implant restored with a new white porcelain implant crown.
