The patient presents a root canal and a crown to restore their smile. We removed the decay and prepped the tooth for a root canal. We added a dental post inside the tooth to give the tooth more strength to support dental crown. Scanned on cerec and made a new white porcelain crown. The patient was happy with their new porcelain crown. The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.
