Patient presented for deep cleaning. Dr anesthetized patient prior to deep cleaning. Did great with deep cleaning. Builds up tartar fast.
The patient came into the office today to get a new white porcelain Onlay. Removed the decay and used the dental composite to build the tooth back up. Took a digital scan of the tooth and built a new white porcelain onlay. Placed porcelain onlay with permanent dental cement. Checked the bite and made adjustments. The patient was happy.
The patient came into the office today to have an extraction. Numbed patient and used elevator, drill, and forceps to pull the tooth. The patient felt great after. Talked with the patient about dental implants to restore that area once that area is healed. Sent home with post-op instructions.
The patient presents pain on the onlay when they eat. We checked the bite with blue paper and made adjustments. The patient stated the bite looked great after the adjustments we made. The patient was happy.
