Today I came out to your residence to discuss plans for your upcoming kitchen remodel as well as proposed modifications within your main bathroom. During our visit, we reviewed the overall layout, planned wiring changes, appliance upgrades, and lighting design for the kitchen. We also discussed updates to the bathroom lighting and the addition of an exhaust fan to improve ventilation and overall comfort. As part of the visit, I evaluated your home’s electrical system to ensure the existing wiring could be safely modified and that additional circuits could be added where needed to support the remodel. This included reviewing the capacity of the system and identifying any considerations that would need to be addressed to meet current electrical codes and safety standards.
