Home Electrical Inspection: Arrived on-site to perform a full evaluation of the home’s electrical system for a Mr. Value Club member. Inspected the main electrical system and panel, including basic panel maintenance such as wire tightening and busbar evaluation. Tested all GFCI and arc-fault protection devices, verified proper operation of smoke detectors and CO₂ monitoring systems, and examined accessible attic and crawl space wiring as well as household outlets. Inspected the outdoor electrical service meter and exterior outlets, checked HVAC wiring and grounding, and confirmed the presence and functionality of whole-home surge protection. Provided the homeowner with a detailed report of findings and recommendations to ensure the electrical system is safe, code-compliant, and fully operational.
