Alex was very professional, efficient and helpful with the couple of "code" issues that came up. I appreciated that he showed up at the beginning of the hour and not the end. He was very patient and informative with the answers that were asked of him. I'm thrilled at the convenience of having someone service the extinguishers on-site.
