Thank you for sharing your kind words with us. It means the world to us and to our entire team!
Always a pleasure to have Jason over to do our check ups and routines. Great customer service as usual and a valuable resource of knowledge to keep for the years to come...
Another quality service by Jason from United Fire. Explains the why's and looks out for Parr Lumber.
For the past 2 years I have been dealing with Jason. He typically does our annual checks up on the backflow for Parr Hillsboro. Jason consistently provides excellent customer service and always makes sure we are taken cared of. He clearly explains what duties are to be performed and helps make sure it in our best interest. As a manager I appreciate that he checks in with me and communicates what he needs to do on the property which is perfect. Going forward if possible anytime time we have work done here, Jason Crager is welcomed!
We had a work order placed for Parr Lumber Hillsboro. Jason went above and beyond in not only educating me, as a new assistant manager who had no idea the site conditions and typical background protocol towards our annual check ups, but problem solving. A great face for the company.
Performed a routine inspection of their fire pump system. After checking in with the operations manager, I examined the pump, motor, pressure gauges, and associated components. During the inspection, I found that the pump’s pressure switch was not functioning correctly, resulting in inconsistent pressure readings. To resolve the issue, I replaced the faulty pressure switch with a new, compatible unit and recalibrated the system to ensure it maintained proper pressure levels. After conducting a test run, I confirmed the pump was operating efficiently. I updated the service records and informed the operations manager of the repair, recommending a follow-up inspection in six months to ensure continued performance.
Repaired control valve tamper and tested multiple times. Panel is now normal.
I responded to a fire sprinkler system malfunction in Hillsboro, OR. The issue was caused by a faulty flow switch that wasn’t sending the correct signals to the control panel. I troubleshot the system, isolated the problem, and replaced the defective flow switch. I then tested the system to ensure proper operation, including checking the water pressure and verifying the functionality of the alarm system. After the repairs, the sprinkler system is now functioning correctly and ready for use.
