A good business plan placing a Rep. at a manufacturer dealership service department. A win for me too - Neal of course noted immediately the chip on our windshield, concisely conveyed after confirming our insurance carrier & policy that he could repair it in ~5 minutes, & no out-of-pocket cost. A quick inbound phone call from his office + insurance claims and it's all taken care of. Convenient! And I would have procrastinated, risking further damage. I like it when everyone benefits! Although two very small chips, they are only somewhat less visible after repair. That's acceptable; still unobtrusive, should help prevent further spread into cracks, and fortunately on passenger side. Even if driver's side it would be a welcome improvement. Can't rate price as it's insurance paid (I didn't verify the cost nor compare competitors).
