Customer in North Hill neighborhood in downtown Pensacola was complaining of a mold like smell in her kitchen. After performing a moisture map of the home we found that the kitchen sink leaks when the cold water is on. This water is affecting the cabinet and the hardwood floors in front of the sink allowing mold to grow along the toe kick.
