They gave me a good price that I could actually afford and I'm really glad to be with them! Mr Kevin kober is the best we could of ended up with and I will be working with them for the next year! I am so grateful for y'all!

My original inquiry was handled promptly buy a very nice customer service rep who set up our initial appt. Eric, our salesman was able to see us on Thursday since he was in the area instead of waiting 3 days for our original appt. He was also able to schedule our initial treatment the following day. The techs who came out for the initial visit were polite, respectful and efficient in their work.
Jamie did an amazing job! He explained what he was doing and how the treatment works. Very personable to talk with his customer service was/is top notch

Jamie Johnson had many appointments the day he serviced my home, but he still accepted my last minute appointment. He worked diligently & efficiently (in the outside heat) and had the best attitude from beginning to end. He answered all my dad’s questions with clarity and kindness. In my past experience with other companies, the customer service normally stops at the sales rep, but not with this company. Jaime treated my house as if it was the most important job of the day. I called the office on Tuesday to schedule a free walk through/quote on Wednesday. Not even an hour after I scheduled, I get a call from Eric Kober who so kindly skipped his lunch break to come do a walk through that same day! He is efficient and willing to answer any question I had about the product and process. Once I decided to move forward with the services, he was able to have a technician come to my home that afternoon. I was able to get to know a little piece of Eric throughout this process and relate to the fact that we are born again followers of Jesus Christ. Eric and I had a respectful conversation about our walk with the Lord, which just made this experience better than I can imagine. As Eric said, Iron sharpeth iron; little did he know that day, I needed sharpening more than I thought.
