My husband and I were so impressed with Mr. Feltner's knowledge of all the types of 'creepy crawlers' that we inquired about. Never have we had anyone in this field be so informative and well-educated to be able to explain information in layman's terms. He is so nice and when he left, we felt very confident about him and the services offered. We're looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company.
