J&J is never late sending a renewal bill. That starts a couple months before it's due with follow up duplicates every two weeks. Then I had to call them after the inspection was a month overdue to find the next available inspection opening was another month after that. They can thank the service tech for still having this customer......

The person that I talked w on the phone told me there was a treatment that would get rid of the rodent problem right away. When Joey arrived he told me that all he could do was glue traps and poison that there was no treatment except for the same thing I had been doing myself. I feel like I was misinformed and that I am paying for the same thing that I have been doing myself. I’d like to talk to someone about the issue. I am unhappy about the results.

Corey is an excellent employee. He calls before he arrives which I appreciate so much. After he arrives he takes the time to ask if I have any concerns (specific pests) or areas that I do not want sprayed. The inside and outside of my property is thoroughly sprayed...he doesn't rush through and skip areas. He is personable, and I am completely at ease with him. I believe he is a good person who you should consider a valued employee.
