The service techs, Dalton Turner and Christian Ramirez arrived on time. They looked at the situation and made suggestions for the most efficient solution, then got to work. They were finished in no time, cleaned up and hauled off the none-functioning parts. I highly recommend both the techs and Double L Plumbing. Thanks for the improved delivery speed of hot water from the tankless hot water heater. No more gallons of wasted water.

The water heater install was excellent. Logan Ellis and Cash Patterson did an excellent job and were very professional. I appreciated the extra steps taken to keep the house clean as the install was in an inside attic on a rainy day. I also appreciated the texts that kept me up to date on arrival times.

Did not have a small enough snake for tub drain so he just picked at it with small Chana lock and fingers, I ended up giving him my own personal one, did not investigate the possible facet leak just took my word that “maybe my husband fixed it” on the outside leaking hose bib he was afraid to turn water off, I explained and called husband to confirm that I knew it was a hard turn. He did explain that if it broke I would have to pay for it and had me call city to assist, which they came and did but wasted time and time is money at 225.00 per hr. The hose bib was fixed and looks nice, however he did not clean up the tub area. Just feel was over priced and mostly due to fear of turning off water and not having proper tools for hair clog removal.

I am in a new build home and I have been smelling urine from my master bathtub. Not the toilet where you might expect it. Even through I am under warranty, I wanted a second opinion.
