After talking to the home owner I found that there was a problem with the master bath. There was low water pressure on the cold side only foe both the vanity faucets but there was good hot water. Both of the faucets share a angle stop. The customer had just installed both of the faucets and he also had installed a feel standing soaking tub with a Amazon brand free standing tub faucet with side sprayer. An it also has low water pressure but unlike the faucets it has a low pressure problem ok both sides I went down an inspected the line in the basement an found they are cpvc 1/2 an everything looking good on the line they were ran very nicely. After inspection I told the home owner that the lines all need flushed out or they need replaced to get rid of the restrictions. The home is a well set up. Pumping out of a tank in the front yard it is filled by a water hauling company I would recommend a well type water softener a new whole house filter customer decided that he would try

Braden the technician met Charolette at her home and she was interested in seeing if her water softener was working. We found that her bypass valve was turned on. This allowed hard water to mix with the soft water. Charolette did not want to foreword with any maintenance on her system. She let us know that she would call us back if anything pops up.

Install new professional grade main water heating components for the bottom of your water heater. A non working element will cause the water heater to not heat at all. This option will include us to replace both top and bottom main heating components. This is recommended due to saving money for down the road in case of another issue. We will drain down the tank in order to make our repair safely. We agreed to not install the new anode rod due to the water heater needing to be replaced in the future asap. The scale build up in the new unit is not going to be able to be removed. 6 month warranty on repair. No warranty on any other parts of the system. We did install a new expansion tank onto the old connections. No warranty on the other connections. We also installed a new top thermostat due to the existing thermostat starting to spark once fire up started. All contacts were set so we diagnosed this as a bad stat. We did not charge for this service. With the condition of the wa

Anthony called us out in order to get their Hot water back up and going. Anthony was not here at the time for the service so we met his girlfriend Jennifer. We recommended to do a diagnosis on the unit with it being only three years old. During diagnosis we found that the bottom water heating element had failed. This will be the bare minimum repair in order to get hot water back up and going. Water heating elements mainly failed due to poor water quality. We are going to recommend to install a water softener to take care of this issue. We also recommend to install a new top and bottom heating element at the one service in order to save money in the future. We also recommend to replace the anode rod for the unit. Jennifer was not able to do a repair today and Anthony was not answering his phone while he was at work. We will be giving them a follow up call tomorrow from eight to 8:30 AM. Troubleshoot your water heater and why it is not heating. This is the first step in order to get you

Mr kindred Contacted Spartan plumbing in regards to hose connection at his fauce at left side of home not able to be removed upon further evaluation found that his Faucet has been compromised and is leaking client chose to repair this unit with new. One year parts and labor warranty is included with today’s install but cannot be responsible for hose faucet freeze up if hose is connected client is aware. Further evaluation of home determined that tankless water heater is a Takagi unit by A.O. Smith and is highly recommended to be replaced. Client would like to set up an appointment for me to return and flush unit only as preventative maintenance. Water pressure today is at 65 psi and Home does not have a thermal expansion tank on the tankless water heater system.

Ms. Corely had us out to a rental property to look into reason’s her one tenant doesn’t have hot water. It is a duplex and each unit has their own hot water heater, located in basement/cellar. We started by checking breaker box in unit 250. Breaker switch was thrown for water heater. I reset switch and proceeded to the basement to inspect water heater. Inspected water heater, controls seem to be intact and functioning properly, along with electrical is properly feeding elements. Water heater is currently heating water. Upon inspection neighboring tenant came out and explained that happens to her often, and she just resets breaker. Breaker boxes do appear to be old, and sound like a common denominator between both units that have different age and models of water heaters. I recommend contacting an electrician to inspect electrical in house. No warranty work or billable work was required today, so we will only be charging a service fee.

Technician, Mike, showed up to a clogged kitchen sink drain line holding water in both bays. Upon investigation tech was shown the basement by the homeowner. The kitchen line comes down into a partial crawl space area in the basement. The drain line is made of copper in the partial crawl space, then 90s downward by the entry of the crawl space and goes under the slab of the basement. The main drain stack is half way across the basement. The tech used the Spartan 100 machine through an accessible clean out under the kitchen sink. The cable was ran a distance of 75 feet. The obstruction was between 55 and 65 feet. Once the obstruction was clear the technician ran water for the duration of the cabling, about 10 mins straight, with no back up. Tech then did two dump test to verify the line was open. The p trap assembly on the right side of the kitchen sink has a small leak and some tape on it. Options were given to fix that as well. The homeowner said he will take care of it himself. The k
