Braydon has excellent customer service skills. He takes the time to explain thoroughly and share his knowledge. He provided options with different costs. He does a great job that is both efficient and timely and always cleans up like he was never here and he has been here 3 times in the last couple months for a pipe replacement between walls of kitchen down to basement, main shut off replacement and replaced hose bib in crawl space. I will call again but hopefully not too soon. 😋

Technician Andrew dispatched for a callback on a water softener that was installed and not producing soft water. Dawn greeted me at the driveway and allowed me to enter through the garage which enters into the basement . Evaluation was performed today on water softening system installed on 21, 2021. Found issue with flow sensor on water softener hung up by debris not allowing unit to process water flowing through unit hence not allowing unit to clean itself. Proceeded to shut water off and disassemble softener head removed turbine and flushed system out. Replaced components and pressurized water system had client run water at bathtub and kitchen faucet and immediately detected flow please allow one or two days for water softener to regenerate and replenish water in water heater no other services needed today client did not want to call us out but husband insisted on us coming out to address issue with water softener. After talking to Adam an inspection I found that the Prv is leaking an hammering when it has water running thru it also found expansion tank has failed an is full of water. I replaced the old Prv with a double check Prv an a new expansion tank after installation I tested and adjusted the water pressure to 72 psi I originally had it set at 60 but Adam asked if I could turn the pressure up a bit after that I tested fixtures an everything I tested had good pressure. Alex installed a brand new 1/2 hp Zoeller battery back up combo kit as well as a brand new quiet check valve. The old pump and check valve were taken out and disposed of and the brand new pump was put in, everything was wired up and all works great! The pump is leaps and bounds more efficient than the old pump. There is a two year parts and labor warranty on all installed today!
Mary had us out because they did not have hot water. Water heater is 12 years old, best solution is to replace. Replaced hot water heater with natural gas 40 gallon atmospheric vent water heater. 6 year worry free tank, parts, and labor warranty.
We found that the water heater is 11 years old. We highly recommend to replace vs. repair because the system is passed it’s life expectancy. You will never see your return on investment with repairing. Also the expansion tank for the unit is not working properly. We found that the pressure for the home is working efficiently. Water quality test came back and still came back mildly hard. A water softener will ensure that the water quality is up to par. Most importantly we are going to recommend a system with carbon to improve the taste and odor. The system will reduce the chlorine levels in the city water supply. While walking around we smelled gas so we are going to recommend to repair a small section of piping outside. We will also be able to take care of your dishwasher drain. Give me a ride to Ashley‘s house for a floor drain back up. Upon arrival Ashley chef Jamie the floor drain head backed up onto the floor and there was water and waste sitting on the floor after Jamie‘s thorough evaluation Jamie determined and gave options to resolve Ashley’s initial problem and to clear any drains of back up Ashley went with option D clear for drain and mainline Jamie cleared both floor drain and mainline/building drain of toilet paper buildup in drain Jamie recommended to customer to watch how much toilet paper goes down toilet or to change toilet paper to prevent this happening and Jamie also recommended dry patrol to come out and clean up and disinfect floors no more back up at this time To submit Google review regarding Jaimes work and experience click link below
Alex and Nate were called out to inspect a suspicion of a pipe leak in the crawlspace, upon arrival it was found that the crawlspace was very shallow and digging was needed to get back to where the pipe was leaking from. Once the digging was done, The water was turned back on and there is no more leaks in the crawlspace or the home!
Removed section of sheet rock and cut out 7” of copper and replaced section with type L copper. Covered 16” section with pipe insulation.<br> <br>
We were called out for a accident that happened with something in the home running into the water heater burning assembly. We found that the thermocouple was broken inside of the valve. AJ assumed that we needed a new gas control valve for the unit and so did we. We let him know that he can’t get his parts under warranty and we can take care of any other issues around the water heater. We found a failing relief valve on the unit and an expansion tank. We will have to replace these items during a repair. We also found that the main water shut off valve drips occasionally and the gas line needs hard parts for the unit. You cannot have gas flex lines on water heaters without them being bonded properly. We will have to come back to install the new burner assembly. We did install a thermocouple for the unit. Ms. Dirling had us out to inquire about a gas line to convert her old fireplace. After looking at the fire place and inspecting the basement gas line, I was able to put together an estimate. However, the house is 103 years old. I recommend consulting with a gas fireplace company first to insure proper venting, before having gas line installed.
