Braden came out and met Sean. He is interested in adding a 3 piece bathroom in the basement. We will have to move the laundry over and install a new drain vent pipe through the walls through the 2nd floor or run a pipe on the outside with a roof flashing. Sean was also interested in a sump pump pit with pump to keep up with ground water issues when it rains. We let him know we can quote a sump pit with pump and go out the side of the house. We would have to install a drywall system in order to properly disperse the water in the backyard or the water will puddle. We let Sean know we have to camera the sewer in order to get the depth and location before we can quote a bathroom addition. We found that his pressure is 70 psi, but his expansion tank is failed and needs replaced. The water heater is from 2013, so we recommend to install a new water heater due to the life expectancy being met on the unit. We also found that there is an outside faucet that is back falling that Sean said he’s

Technician Mike responded to a call concerning a leaking kitchen faucet. Upon arrival Mike met Sherri who directed him to the kitchen. There, Sherri explained that she noticed the kitchen faucet leaking underneath the sink over the weekend. She has placed 2 plastic containers under the sink to catch the water. Sherri was gone for 30 mins before Mike arrived and 1 of the plastic containers was completely full. Water has already came out from the cabinet onto the floor causing water to come through the ceiling/light fixture in the basement. The home was built it 2010 and Sherri moved in 2017. Mike turned the cold and hot water lines off too the kitchen sink via ball valves under the sink. 1 leak is coming from the metal braided water supply line for the pull down application. The other is internal on the faucet and running down the plastic water lines going to the faucet. Mike then asked Sherri to take him to the water heater. Sherri directed him to the basement mechanical room. There

Braden the tech came out and met Tyson and his wife Jes. Their concern was running out of hot water. They mentioned that it is hard to do multiple loads of laundry and a shower at the same time. We found that they have a 50 gallon electric water heater but have gas to the home. We recommend gas tankless or to increase the capacity of the current tank they have. With this not being their forever home, they chose option 4 to just install the tank booster onto the existing tank. We also found the expansion tank for the water heater to have failed. We will be replacing that. We noticed that their softener salt salt is full of water and their is salt in the float. We recommend to service this water softener. Best is going to be to replace the tank with new. Improve the hot water capacity you currently have. - Install a tank booster mixing valve that adds about 35% capacity out of your tank. - This is not replacing your tank. - Includes new connections up top. - We will also replace the

Technician Mike responded to call concerning a garbage disposal that had seized up and made a humming sound. The unit was 13 years old and needed replaced. Multiple options were given. The tech then installed a ¾ Horse power Premium Disposal with Advanced Noise reduction sound proofing and 2-Stage MultiGrind technology. Tested afterwards. No leaks and operates great. Upon testing the water pressure, the gauge read 85 psi which is high water pressure for a home. A comfortable healthy psi is between 60 and 80 psi. A PRV (pressure regulator valve) was explained to Courtney and quotes are being emailed to her. “9 Year Warranty through Insinkerator on disposal” “2 Year Parts and Labor Warranty from Spartan”

We were called out to a no hot water call on a standard 40 gallon electric. We found that the elements were both out top and bottom. We found the unit to have a dripping relief valve and no shutoff for the cold supply. Due to age and code changes/ repairs needed we recommend replacement. We found other things in the home and addressed Tiffany and Keith those issues. Keith plans on taking over all of those projects himself. Diagnose the issues on why the water heater isn’t producing hot water. New worry free 6 year warranty 50 gallon electric water heater. Includes shutoff valve, connections, and drain pan. Technician was called in for a water damage spot on ceiling in basement. After opening drywall tech found drywall and insulation to be very damp. Tech found a water line in this area and traced it back as far as they could. Techs believe that this is the water line to the outside hose faucet. This water line is not completely accessible due to cabinets covering the wall. Spartan plumbing will not be removing the cabinets but will need them removed to complete evaluation of leak and or replacement of outside hose faucet. Homeowners will be responsible for removal of cabinets. Update 7-8 Tech returned to home to finish evaluation. Found that the outside hose bib was leaking and needed replaced. Tech replaced hose bib and installed and new shut off valve for outside hose bib. This repair has a 2 year parts and labor warranty.

Technician pulled hair and gunk out of two upstairs bathroom tub shoes and snaked through the tub waste overflow on both of them. Both are flowing great. Part of the cross in the chrome tub shoe for the bathroom in the upstairs hallway crumbled while removing the pop up tub stopper. Showed and explained to customer. Tech to tell office in the morning to give her a call and set up an appointment for next week to quote out a replacement. Possibly for both bathrooms to upgrade them. “3 month warranty on the two tub drains”
