- Pump up to 1000 gallons (additional fee per 100 gallons over) Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he made me aware that when he uses the washing machine, water will appear around the septic tank making him believe that his septic tank may be full. After analyzing the septic system his septic tank did seem to be full and after taking out his outlet filter no water seemed to be flowing out to his drain field leading me to believe that there is a problem. I then spoke with the homeowner and made him aware that our sewer specialist can come out and take a look at his drain field. I then gave him multiple upfront options on getting it pumped out and he decided on option 2. After signature approval I pumped the septic tank clean and clear. Upon completion I cleaned up all tools and materials.

Upon arrival on site Mr. Dalton made me aware that they were interested in installing a new kitchen sink as well as having a dishwasher installed. However at this time we need to figure out where the countertops are going to be placed before we can give an estimate to install the kitchen sink and reroute the plumbing for the dishwasher as well. customer customer also stated that they have a leak in one of the shipping containers that has been converted into a bathroom. I told the customer that it would be best to have one of our Senior tech come out and look at it when they are ready to do the work.

After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of how she was having tepid warm water across the home. She noticed this recently, and needed to figure out if it was plumbing or electrical related. We began at the water heaters. Located inside a closet, Two 50 gallon Electric Bradford White water heaters. These have been here since 2003, whenever the home was renovated. The homeowner made me aware that she had recently had electrical issues, and Duke Power had to come out and mess with her power meter. I began at the panels, and determined a tripped breaker. Once I tripped it back, the second water heater in series began to heat up. The homeowner and I discussed replacement of the units, because of age, and other concerns. The homeowner was also interested in tankless. At this time, I have given the homeowner options with upfront pricing to get this taken care of. She wants the estimates emailed, so she can review the, with all the parties needed to make a decision.

Upon arrival Thomas and I discussed the issue with his running toilet. After discovering the culprit (failed fill valve) we spoke about a few options. We discussed installing a whole home sediment filter to alleviate the build up of sediment in the toilet tanks as well as the other plumbing fixtures. He stated that at this time he just wanted to toilet to stop running. But when doing a remodel/addition to the home (near future) he’d like to address those concerns then. Inquired if we install septic systems as well. They will need a second system to accommodate the addition in the future. For the repair today I turned the valve off to stop the flow on water to the tank. Drain down water and remove failed fill valve. Install the new fill valve, test to verify proper function and no leaks.

Upon arriving at the home, Thomas and I discussed the issues he was having with his drain clean out and the cap. It had. Large crack in the cap and in the adaptor. He informed me one of the dogs had chewed it. After learning about these events I had suggested going back with a material unable to be chewed by dogs in the future. After further discussion with Thomas he agreed that would be the best path to proceed with. Once that decision was made I went to Ferguson to get the materials needed. After returning from the supply house I cleared away the small amount of dirt from my work area to allow access to workable pipe. I Cut and remove damaged clean out access and cap. I then ensure the area was clean and clear to install the new cast iron riser and brass cap to prevent issues with the dogs in the future. Test to verify proper function and no leaks

Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he showed me the location of the septic tank, after further evaluation of the septic tank i then made them aware that it did not need to be pumped and that it was nothing but water in the tank and that the filter was clogged and it was causing the house to back up a little, I then noticed while cleaning the filter that around the filter tee there were roots, i then made them aware that we could have the camera and sewer specialist come out Friday morning at no charge and take a look at the roots and provide upfront options and prices on how to fix the issue, I then gave an upfront option and price on cleaning the filter, after signature approval I didn’t clean the filter and placed it back in the filter tee, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials. - clean outlet filter when not pumping
