shawn got to my house to clean out the roof vent. the clog was in the wall past the T joint. he did not stop till he cleared the clog...he did a wonderful job. i will recommend this company and shawn to everyone i know. i also posted a picture of him and his work truck to my facebook page.

2 inch dain line coming off kitchen sink has came completely loss and is just dumping water into crawl space looks as if line was cut to short and never glued 2 inch combo installed backwards as well pictures attached to invoice to showe what needs to be repaired
After arriving to the home the homeowner expressed some concern with the toilet that had been previously repaired by another technician from our company, after assessment of the fixture and verifying that it is indeed rocking as it was before the initial visit I proceeded to remove the toilet from the floor followed by inspection of the newly replaced toilet flange and verified that it is installed correctly and is not damaged, I didn’t proceeded to reset the toilet with new wax seal, flange bolts as well as caulking the toilet to the floor, I then allowed the homeowner to give the work a once over to ensure that the work is performed to her liking, currently the toilet is set securely without any movement or failure
Auger toilet to clear blockage then test to insure it clear made customer there is no guarantee Ran toilet auger though toilet in hall bathroom twice and didn’t pull anything back flushed toilet serval times and ones with toilet paper then two more times to make sure it was going all the way though Customer asked for suggestions on what they could to help prevent it from happening again because the little boy was bad about using to much toilet paper only thing I could suggest is courtesy flush and thinner toilet paper And if those two things don’t help the issue suggest upgrading toilet gave customer price to do so
Installing sump pump inside of crawlspace near the crawlspace door, installing basin by digging down and removing dirt inside of crawlspace and surrounding the basin with gravel then installing sump pump and 1 1/2 solid core PVC line which will be stubbed out of the crawlspace wall and piped 20 feet away from the home dug by hand the hole will be sealed on the inside and outside of the crawlspace and the pipe will be put on proper grade and bedded properly with gravel to where it disperses the water out into the backyard away from the home this will also include a alarm system in case of failure. Everything will be covered under a two year parts and labor warranty, $3434.15 or 0% 18 months financing
Upon arrival spoke with customer and he made me aware that the whole Streep mall was backed up and they have only been here for a week restaurant next door is also backed up but doesn’t seem to be concern city has told customer that tank and lines have to pumped and cleaned every 4 months customer will have tank pump and then call us back out to jet lines to clean
Run large auger through accessible clean out in front yard Upon arrival customer made me aware that sewage was coming out into her front yard, I determined that she had a mainline blockage, I gave the customer upfront pricing and options at this time she chose to just clear the blockage. Upon arrival to the house customer stated that bathroom Jack and Jill Faucet was not working on the left side hot or cold at this time I noticed immediately that the aerator was not screwed in all the way and they were some slimy debris hanging out of it as I touch the aerator the aerator fell out being not screwed in all the way wipe the aerator clean with my finger screwed it back and faucet has full pressure at this time the PSI the house is 51 the house is a new single wide that was recently installed last year and this was the only issue that they were having
Upon arrival to the house customer stated the water heater was leaking inside the crawlspace I just have a customer show me the water heater which is located directly in the door of the crawlspace and the water heater was leaking out of the TMP and had lots of rust on the bottom and sides of water heater it was approximately 20 years old and I need a replacement at this time I provided the customer upfront pricing and options and she is going to review over the options and think about the pricing and get back with us shortly
Pull toilet and run large auger to clear mainline blockage Upon arrival customer made me aware that he Had a mainline blockage I determine that to be true, I provided the customer with multiple options and upfront pricing then we proceeded to remove all toilet and run large order.
