Septic tank

The only reason I gave one star on the cost is because I am still unsure what it will cost if I have a bigger issue. We will see on Thursday when I see you again

Great service. Quick response.

Our service technician, Blake Harrison did the impossible, getting our stubborn kitchen sink unclogged. My hubby is usually the fix it guy for electrical, plumbing, and home projects. But, after multiple failed attempts to unclog the sink, he decided to call in the professionals. Blake to the rescue. He was prompt, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very personable. He’s now our go to guy at Quality Service Today for plumbing problems. Blake even brought a broom to clean up, extra points for that.

Install new pvc pipe from sink to main line in the basement We came out today to complete a job which was sold recently. We created a new drain line for a lavatory faucet, and tied it into the main drain line in the basement. I began by cutting a section out of the main line and installing a T shaped fitting, and I drilled a hole through the floor and installed a 1.5” pipe to connect the sink to the drain line. I coupled onto the main line with no hub bands. The install went well, and after finishing and testing the fixture, everything is working as it should. The new piping is well secured through the floor. Customer paid via card.

Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he made me aware of the location of the septic tank and that he was just doing the preventative maintenance, after further evaluation I then gave multiple upfront options and prices, I have a signature approval on agitating and pumping up to 1000 gallons i then began to agitate the solids in the tank, after agitating I then began to pump the tank clean and clear of any liquids or solids, I also added an enzyme treatment, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials and made the homeowner aware that our camera and sewer specialist would come out to do the septic tank inspection and drainfield inspection at no charge Tuesday morning. - Pump up to 1000 gallons - agitate solids so the tank can be cleaned properly

Upon arrival to the home the customer stated that he had a nitrate test done and was wanting to get a filtration system installed for nitrate after talking with Adam and tracking system down we are now going to order it and have it sent to the shop, this is a custom built system so it will take a little time to get here, once we know when it is going to get here we will inform the customer and get him on schedule to get this installed The customers wife is expecting their second child any day so if the customer does not answer it could be due to him taking care of her or being at the hospital the customer stated you can leave a message or a text and he will get back with us as soon as possible he does not want us to think he is blowing us off

Upon arrival to the home the customer stated that he was having a few issues, one of them being that the Studer vent needs to be unscrewed and I knew it needs to be screwed in the kitchen drain, but the major problem is the leaking galvanized drain on the bathroom sink, I’ve been talking with the homeowner and going over prices and options for him he chose to go with re-piping the bathroom drain by going to the bottom of the cabinet and connecting onto the main drain line directly below it which is PVC in the crawlspace/basement, the section of pipe that we will be tied into is in the basement portion through the old laundry chute therefore no drilling will be required, we will cut in a Y fitting to install the new drain into the mainline The technician that comes on site to do this work needs to call me once they arrive so I can go over everything with them one more time so that this job starts smoothly and ends correctly

We were called out today because the customer had noticed her toilets, which were installed by us, were not flushing strong enough. Ms. Pearson explained to me that the toilet bowls were not holding enough water, and the flush itself did not seem to flow strongly. I was able to adjust the fill valve in the master toilet so that more water would fill in the bowl, however on the hallway toilet, I was not able to adjust the fill valve due to the flush valve overflow tube being non adjustable on that unit. Unfortunately this toilet is not able to be rebuilt in a way that would correct this issue, the only solution would be to have a different toilet installed.

We came out today to give options for installing 4 hair wash sinks in a salon being built. The store owners pointed out where they would like the sinks, and asked if we could source the sinks for them as well. They also showed me the small water heater that is heater the two bathrooms, and asked about replacing it with a 50 gallon unit to supply enough hot water for the business. After looking over the store and gaining a full understanding of what would be needed, we came to the conclusion that we will not be able to assist the store owners with this project, as it’s outside of our normal range of work. We waived the dispatch fee for today’s visit.

Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they had a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that the cause of the leak was a old supply line extension that was leaking around the feral. I proceeded to replace the supply line extension to fix the leak. The customer also stated that the hall bathroom shower The waterlines or switched for hot and cold but they said that they can live with that until Monday. As a courtesy I crawled around under the crawlspace because the customer had asked me to and everything is working properly under the house and there are no leaks.

➖Run drain machine through two bathroom sink drains to clear blockage Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me wear that they were having an issue with two bathrooms sinks draining slowly as well as every time they ran a lot of water the kitchen sink would make a gurgling sound. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that the two bathroom sinks needed to be snaked. I then began to give the homeowner Upfront pricing and options to get this issue fixed today. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the issue resolved. I began bye disassembling the trap in both bathrooms sinks and running my drain machine until the blockages were cleared. Once the blockages were cleared I reassembled the P-trap‘s and tested everything thoroughly to make sure that everything was running properly. I discovered a leak on the drain line in the hall bathroom located in the wall. We have scheduled for our drain specialist to come out Tuesday between three and five to ch

Upon arrival to the home today I completed my septic inspection, the septic tank is compromised by roots to the top of the tank, as well as the Leitchfield needs to be hydrated and rejuvenated due to a large amount of slides located in a line that was making me unable to camera the lines, after my inspection of the tank I formulated prices for that, the customer did say that she would like to have a sewer line tapped into the main city sewer located down the hill from our home but due to the amount of run that it would take to get city sewer down there would be over 250 foot and possibly would not be able to get the sewer line to go that far due to the terrain I have contacted the customer via phone call since she was not able to be on site with me and we have one over the options that I’m going to be emailing over to her, she said she would not be available to be on site in person until sometime next week, so I will do a follow up call with her also let her know we are working on get
