So far, I’ve only had an in-home consultation regarding my old, leaky water softener (including a water quality test), but Dave also took a look at my water heaters and pointed out any red flags he noticed along the way. He gave me several itemized replacement/repair options (in writing) that will help me make an informed decision to address my issues within my budget. I LOVE the fact that there was no high-pressure sales pitch. He answered all my questions and gave me the time I need to think it over before I decide how to proceed. Great first impression!!!
