I made an appointment through Erika which was a great experience. Someone who actually answers their phone instead of letting it ring through to voicemail. Erika was very pleasant and patient while we worked through my schedule in order to find a date/time that works for me. I thought this was a little strange because most places want you to work around their schedule. Restore worked around my schedule. Then...*I* had to cancel and reschedule with them. Again...no problem in coming up with a new date/time. Dan was very professional and called before coming to the site and arrived within 20 minutes of the appointment time. He performed the basement repipe quickly and professionally, removing 80 year old galvanized and installing new PVC drain. After repairs, he explained everything that was wrong with the old and the benefits of the new drain system. I no longer have washing machine drain water backflowing into my utility sink.
