Justin was dealing with fixing a toilet. Even though we bought it new a little over a year ago, he said it was an older model. Long story short it needed a minor repair that needed up turning into a major repair after the toilet broke when he was fixing it. He went out and bought a new toilet and charged us for the amount of the minor repair that he was originally going to charge us. He was professional in every way while he was doing this work. I would highly recommend Justin and this company. We will be using them again and appreciate their honesty and integrity too.
