I bought my home in 2017 and was told the roof was nearing the end of its lifetime. I called Kee and they showed pics showing how the roof is actually in good condition! He could have easily lied to sell his product but he was truthful and gave me great news! I will recommend Kee to everyone!!!

Great experience with KEE roofing at a reasonable price! We had three questionable spots in our attic with minor water damage (darkening in the plywood) ... one of them had a minor visible leak during heavy/driving rain. Ben came out and did the quote ... the initial work was done within a few days of the quote. I appreciated the balanced perspective Ben/KEE took in terms of only trying to fix current issues and those that were lurking close behind. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, but he didn't just look at the problems I found either. His roof tune-up was the right scope! About a week after the repair, we had a relatively strong storm and I noticed one area of concern. The team was incredibly receptive to the issue. Not only did they fix it, but they went above and beyond to look for concerns even beyond the original scope of work ... and addressed them. Shout out to Joshua, his repair crew, Beverly, Olivia, Sarah, and Corey as well. Very pleased with the way this company does business. When I need roof repair or a roof replacement, i will definitely call them again.

Joshua and the team were solid. They crawled thru the attic and performed a thorough inspection to ensure they identified source of all leaks. Then, they went above and beyond to repair those locations and replace 3 pipe boots. This was great service and beyond the original scope of repair. They looked for areas of concern. It was clear this team and company put the customer first. I would gladly hire this company and crew again. Beyond that, I trusted the crew around my family. Thank you.

Out of 4 contractors that came to quote my roof, he is the ONLY one that brought reference materials and sent me hail damage reporting for my area. I sure appreciated working with the owner of the company, not someone that has been there 3 months like some other roofing companies, and he has been doing this for 14 years, not including working in the industry for his father preciously. Very credible, very calm, not pushy! Easy and thorough.

The customer called us after noticing a small water spot in their living room after the recent hail storms. I conducted my full roof inspection, but did not find any issues with the roof at this time and roof is in good shape. I believe the recent water spot is the result of wind-driven rain and a possible one-time occurrence, so I recommended to the customer that we wait for a couple more rains and keep an eye on it to see if anything changes and to call us right away, should they notice any changes.

Mr Watt called in when he discovered a leak in his dining room. We came out and performed our free roof inspection. In the process of chasing down the leak we discovered a significant amount of hail damage on the roof and the gutters of his house. We advised him to file a claim with his insurance company. Mr watt filed a claim and after we met with his insurance adjuster several times we were able to get him approved for full roof and gutter replacement. Mr Watt loves the new Landmark Charcoal Lifetime Architectural Shingles by Certainteed.
This customer had us do a roof repair last year in the Water Mill Subdivision in Simpsonville, SC. We have been monitoring their address for future wind and hail damage. We were notified of an addition hailstorm that hit at their exact address on April 6, 2022 and we were able to set up an additional inspection with this customer. Upon inspecting the full property I found multiple hail hits on the HVAC unit, soft metal, and roof as well. I recommended that we definitely file a claim to go through Allstate for the new damage. I will be coming back out to meet the customers insurance adjuster on this as well.
Customer called in from the Eastridge Subdivision in Simpsonville, SC asking for a free roof inspection. This customer had bought this house a few years ago and did not have any background information on her roof. She thought it was time to replace their roof. After completing my inspection, I found some collateral damage but the roof itself was in great condition. There was no need to replace the roof any time soon. The customer was really excited about my findings. She said she will call us if she needs us in the future.
This customer called for a free inspection from Simpsonville,Sc. After conducting my full inspection I found hail damage on all slopes of the roof. I work with Safeco Insurance company to get this customer approved for a full roof replacement. This customer is so happy to be having a full roof replacement coming soon!
Today we repaired some leaks for a customer. The crew and myself went into the attic with the customer to verify every leak possible. He is very pleased with how we conducted ourselves while we were on site today.
Today we installed a roof for a customer who was approved through insurance due to weather damage. This customer had several areas of bad decking plywood that was rotten. Our crew fixed the issues by cutting out the bad wood and replacing it with new wood. And for better protection we installed ice and water around the vent pipes. Our crew completed this build in one day. And now the family can resume life as normal without having to wait multiple days to have a job completed.
Homeowner called in from Simpsonville, SC. She had another company come out before to fix a leak she had and it ended up leaking again with the new storms we've had recently. I went out and conducted our free storm inspection and found the issue causing her leak along with hail damage on all slopes of her roof. I walked her through the steps to file a claim and we are waiting to hear back! Look forward to working with her and getting a full new roof replacement soon!
Gail called us with a leaking roof issue in the Ambergate Subdivision. I conducted a full free roof inspection for her and found hail damage on all slopes of her roof, siding, window screens, deck stain and downspouts. I met with her licensed insurance adjuster onsite as well to point out all of the damages that I found. He agreed with my findings and documentation. Customer is now approved for full roof replacement and all additional hail damage repairs. New roof coming soon!
Mr. Lamm called us from the Bethel Greene Subdivision in Simpsonville, SC with some leaking roof issues. We conducted a full roof inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof. We then met the insurance adjuster and they agreed with our findings. Customer is now getting a new full roof replacement, covered by his State Farm insurance. New rood coming soon!
This customer in Simpsonville, SC connected with us on Facebook due to leaks in their home. I came out to perform a free roof inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof as well as missing shingles on the ridge cap on the back slope. They filed a claim with ASI and I came out to meet with the adjuster. The customer was approved for a full roof replacement. They chose Landmark AR, Charcoal Black shingles and loved how their roof turned out.
Another home restoration completed and in the books! This customer was approved for full a roof replacement, covered by their homeowners insurance because of wind and hail damage. We also gave this customer a free upgrade to full synthetic underlayment and limited-lifetime warrantied architectural shingles. We installed CertainTeed Landmark, Weathered Wood shingles. Great job team!
This homeowner in Simpsonville, SC was referred to us by a previous customer. They called us with two leaks in their roof and multiple water spots in the ceiling. A claim was filed and approved with Nationwide Insurance. They are covered with a 10 Year Workmanship Warranty and Certainteed, Landmark, Weathered Wood shingles.
This customer in the Bells Creek Subdivision saw the work we provided to their neighbors and requested a free roof inspection. I preformed the inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, gutters, and the standing seam metal roof in the front. I walked them through filling a claim with AAA and then came out and met with their adjuster. They got approved for a full roof replacement! They chose Certainteed, Landmark, Driftwood shingles and were very pleased with our work.
