We recently purchased a new Rheem AC and Heat Pump from Frosty's and they were actually able to install the system the following day. Pat and Mary Murray were extremely helpful with our assessment and purchase process and no doubt, they ensured we received the best price available. Pat correctly answered every technical question I threw at him, most of which I verified through research. Pat pointed out several shortcuts that were taken with the installation of our previous system (not by Frosty's) when our home was constructed 12 years ago, which no doubt had a negative impact on the life of that system. Frosty's installation team was knowledgeable and courteous and completed the challenging job in less than eight hours; that included removing the old components from the attic and the crawl space under our home. To say the installation team performed their work professionally would be an understatement. The new interior and exterior units were expertly installed and included top-notch related components such as wiring, duct work, piping, etc. Everything was nicely tucked in and away, resulting in an expert, clean installation.
