We have been Frosty's customers for over 20 years, and over those years they have installed a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater, and we've been happy with each one. Two days ago, during our regular semi-annual maintenance visit from Frosty's, Frosty's technician Phil Robrahn gave me a frank assessment: our 16-year-old air conditioner was working properly but it was near the end of its life. Phil laid out our options - to include taking no action since the unit was currently working - but he also noted that the unit could easily fail especially during the heat of the summer. He gave us replacement options, as well as discounts available to us by replacing before the summer season (in addition to the discount we receive for being long-time customers). Based on Phil's recommendation and our years of positive experience with Frosty's, we decided to replace our unit and an appointment was set to have the work done two days later. Today was installation day, and Frosty's technicians Paul Candido and Leo Marte arrived on time just as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently, completing the installation of a new air conditioning unit outside and coil inside in just a few hours. They ensured that the units worked perfectly, and they did a great job of cleaning up after they were done - to include hauling away the old unit. They even promised to return as soon as the weather was warmer to make sure the until was working just as it should - for free. Once again, a great job done. We continue to be happy Frosty's customers.

They take great care of not just our HVAC equipment, but they are also careful while they are working in our home.
