We started using Frosty's for our HVAC needs more than 20 years ago. Through the years, their technicians have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable. They arrive on time. They take great care of not just our HVAC equipment, but they are also careful while they are working in our home. Over the years, in addition to regular maintenance inspections in the spring and fall, we have purchased a new furnace, new air conditioner, and new water heater from Frosty's. Today, Phil Robrahn was our service technician, and his work was just as described above. I should note that he used a face mask and gloves due to the coronavirus, which we appreciate. At the end of his service call, he gave me a frank assessment: our 16-year-old air conditioner was working properly but it was near the end of its life. Phil laid out our options - to include taking no action since the unit was currently working - but he also noted that the unit could easily fail especially during the heat of the summer. He gave us replacement options, as well as discounts available to us by replacing before the summer season (in addition to the discount we receive for being long-time customers). Based on Phil's recommendation and our years of positive experience with Frosty's, we decided to replace our unit and an appointment was set to have the work done two days later. We love Frosty's and are happy to recommend them.
