Kenny was professional and walked me through the technical questions I had about my HVAC unit. He was right on time, fixed what the error code said was wrong, and inspected other parts of the system. The only bad part is that I paid $120 for what google says is a $15 capacitor. I did not deduct stars for this because I imagine it is the same relative to other companies. Maybe the name-brand exact part they are using costs a little more than the parts I can easily order online but I imagine a capacitor with the same specs is pretty interchangeable. In the future for non-emergency situations I am going to work a little harder to see if it may be a cheap part and order it to have on hand. It was still worth the total cost of $220 for a service call, the part , and for the time and effort he spent explaining everything to me. I liked my experience or I would not have filled this out....
