I was called to a home to service a Lennox air-conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the system was not cooling properly. I performed a thorough inspection of the system and found that the evaporator coil was dirty and clogged with debris. I cleaned the coil and replaced the air filter, which resolved the issue. The customer was very satisfied with the service and thanked me for my help.
