It was a really good experience. I get nervious when having to deal with house repairs. Sean was so helpful and was not doing everything in a rush. He stayed until he answered all my questions. You can tell he also took off his shoes as to not dirty the carpet (my first whole floor os carpet). Next time I need anything to do with my a/c and heating I'll be calling A/C and Heat Solutions. Couldnt have been happier with the customer service. Thank you Sean and the nice guy who scheduled my appointment he too was really polite.
