I am a skilled professional that works for a AC & Heat Solutions company. I recently completed an HVAC heating service call for a customer. The customer had a American standard heating and cooling heat pump system that was not heating properly. I arrived at the customer's home and performed a thorough inspection of the system. I found that the filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. I also cleaned the condenser and checked the system for safety and heating performance.
