I have had numerous technicians over the years and I can count on one hand the one’s that really know how to fix something. Roger is one of them. First off, I would like to Thank him for taking his shoes off upon entering my home, since I have neutral color carpet and the fireplace with the issue is in the bedroom. He was able to diagnose the problem in short order, asked questions and took the time to inquire about related issues concerning other functions that were not in operation and got them working again.
