Mark was on-time and a super pleasure to work with. He explained everything that he was going to check and also, when he was finished explained how everything worked. He gave me the results of all of the tests and evaluations of the fireplace and made additional suggestions for its upkeep. He also asked if I was on or expecting any conference calls as the vacuum would be loud. Will definitely use Belair again and recommend them to others. They should be proud of the professional staff!
