Julius tested the “fix” confirming it was truly fixed before leaving…and was quick and neat. He also pointed out evidence of the eventual need to replace the entire faucet. As it is a specialized piece, I appreciate the heads up so I can start figuring out where I bought it…or at least put it on my to-do list. Julius also called 20-30 minutes in advance of arriving.
