Ricardo checked the humidifier unit and found the drain was clogged. He also told me that my unit was an old one and the newer, more efficient units are available. He even showed me cost for both options. I may be looking to upgrade the unit in the Spring. Ricardo was very courteous.

Boiler went out the day we moved in, got same day service. Ricardo Muñoz was an amazing technician and explained everything in detail about what was wrong, the repair work, and also showed us how to maintain our radiators.
